How soon will my order arrive?

We try to keep all items in stock and ready to ship at all times. Once we receive your order, it will ship out either the same business day or the next day depending on when we receive the order. Standard shipping is USPS priority mail however UPS Overnight delivery option is also available for faster delivery. In most cases, standard shipments within the continental U.S. are received in less than 5 business days.

Product Care Instructions

The HECS suit is very easy to care for. Just machine wash in your favorite detergent. Hang dry for the longest life or dry on low heat for only a few minutes (please note in some dryers HECS clothing will not be picked up by dryer sensors and will not shut off automatically). The HECS base material is made from a polyester fabric and will not shrink under normal conditions and care. It is recommended that you hand wash and hang dry the head cover as the drawstring can sometimes hang up in the machine and damage the product.

Exchanges/Returns

HECS takes pride in customer satisfaction. If an article does not fit properly we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. Call or email our team to explain the problem and we will help you decide what the proper fit would be. (541)-575-4327 or sales@hecsllc.com. Your new item will be shipped back to you the day following the arrival of your returned item by US Priority Mail. Items being sent back for exchange must be in new condition and in original packaging. There will be no exchanges on closeout pieces. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges will only be made on items purchased directly through HECS and Amazon. The customer will be responsible for the postage for getting the item back to HECS but HECS will send the replacement back free of charge. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless expressly approved by HECS LLC in advance

Warranty

HECS products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. HECS will replace defective items at no charge to the customer. Some HECS fabrics are lightweight and should be worn as an underlayer in areas with briars or brushes that could tear the material. Damage from customer abuse is not covered by the warranty.

HECS cannot guarantee success in the field; individual results may vary. HECS technology does not make the user invisible to animals, and the benefits may not be apparent in all situations. Animals use many senses to detect danger. HECS removes one of those factors, which can help the user to remain undetected longer.

Caution Ozone Dry Wash Users

Use extreme caution when using ozone dry wash systems with your HECS® gear. Raw ozone in heavy concentration is extremely destructive to HECS® carbon yarn (Please note: Exposure of HECS® fabrics to Ozone dry wash systems which put raw ozone directly on HECS® fabrics may void the HECS® warranty.) HECS® has extensively tested the effects of ozone on HECS® fabrics with almost all currently available ozone units. Also, we have found no evidence of harm to HECS®fabrics by using an ozone generator in the hunting woods (treestands, Blinds ETC.)

“I’ve only been out twice so I’ve not had the experience some claim with turkey or deer - but I’ll say if other wildlife around me is an indication, deer and turkey will soon be to follow. I had numerous close interactions with two squirrels, finches, and a hummingbird. I would say the fit runs large in most articles. I like the thumb holes in the base layer shirt, they keep the gloves on tighter. So far so good.”
