How soon will my order arrive?

We try to keep all items in stock and ready to ship at all times. Once we receive your order, it will ship out either the same business day or the next day depending on when we receive the order. Standard shipping is USPS priority mail however UPS Overnight delivery option is also available for faster delivery. In most cases, standard shipments within the continental U.S. are received in less than 5 business days.

Product Care Instructions

The HECS suit is very easy to care for. Just machine wash in your favorite detergent. Hang dry for the longest life or dry on low heat for only a few minutes (please note in some dryers HECS clothing will not be picked up by dryer sensors and will not shut off automatically). The HECS base material is made from a polyester fabric and will not shrink under normal conditions and care. It is recommended that you hand wash and hang dry the head cover as the drawstring can sometimes hang up in the machine and damage the product.

Exchanges/Returns

HECS takes pride in customer satisfaction. If an article does not fit properly we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. Call or email our team to explain the problem and we will help you decide what the proper fit would be. (541)-575-4327 or sales@hecsllc.com. Your new item will be shipped back to you the day following the arrival of your returned item by US Priority Mail. Items being sent back for exchange must be in new condition and in original packaging. There will be no exchanges on closeout pieces. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanges will only be made on items purchased directly through HECS and Amazon. The customer will be responsible for the postage for getting the item back to HECS but HECS will send the replacement back free of charge. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless expressly approved by HECS LLC in advance

Warranty

HECS products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. HECS will replace defective items at no charge to the customer. Some HECS fabrics are lightweight and should be worn as an underlayer in areas with briars or brushes that could tear the material. Damage from customer abuse is not covered by the warranty.

HECS cannot guarantee success in the field; individual results may vary. HECS technology does not make the user invisible to animals, and the benefits may not be apparent in all situations. Animals use many senses to detect danger. HECS removes one of those factors, which can help the user to remain undetected longer.

Caution Ozone Dry Wash Users

Use extreme caution when using ozone dry wash systems with your HECS® gear. Raw ozone in heavy concentration is extremely destructive to HECS® carbon yarn (Please note: Exposure of HECS® fabrics to Ozone dry wash systems which put raw ozone directly on HECS® fabrics may void the HECS® warranty.) HECS® has extensively tested the effects of ozone on HECS® fabrics with almost all currently available ozone units. Also, we have found no evidence of harm to HECS®fabrics by using an ozone generator in the hunting woods (treestands, Blinds ETC.)

“I live in Gold Beach, OR and hunt costal Oregon. I purchased this set just days before our elk hunting trip because of all the hype I’ve been hearing about this product. “I ordered the baselayer Anywhere system and it arrived very quickly. Upon seeing the pattern in person, I realized the Green camo would work better for my hunting environment, and the pants were also too small for my womanly figure. I reached out on a Sunday and recieved a response the very next day with instructions. I returned all the items and changed color (and size of pants). The exchange was very fast. Unfortunately, the next size up pants were still too small. I reached out and their customer service quickly helped me come up with a solution. I haven't yet used the product in a hunt, but I can tell you the HECS customer service reps are top-notch! It's tough to find a company that goes above and beyond with their customer service these days, but they absolutely do. Hopeful the product will work as described.”

“I spend the past 7 years chasing a big whitetail. Every time I would get him figured out, we'd either miss one another by minutes or he'd come into a stand area and avoid me. Two years ago I invested in the HECS System. Everything about my hunts changed. I found myself getting closer to the big deer with turkeys being unaware at all. This past Friday, my 7 year quest for a large Kansas deer came to an end. I was fully dressed in HECS and a Sitka system over the top. The large buck never hesitated at all as he walked within shooting range. Two does also walked into range. Not a single deer was outside of 20 yards. The 7-year quest ended last week. I have a lot of company's to thank for their products, but I would be amiss if I did not recognize the value of the HECS System. All because I ran into a guy while buying deer corn at the local farm store who saw that I was a bow hunter. He introduced me to HECS.”

With our patented technology, you’ll gain a different experience when hunting. Our hunting clothing is extremely comfortable, flexible and highly functional when you’re out in the field. You’ll have a full range of motion with its flexible fabric and you won’t feel bogged down because of its lightweight construction. HECS® has made a name for itself with many outdoor enthusiasts.

HECS®’s hunting camouflage combo is lightweight, breathable and extremely versatile for hunters. This hunting camouflage combo is made with a unique material. It features an electrically conductive carbon grid woven into the polyester base cloth. What this does is it blocks your body’s electrical radiation and allows you to get closer to animals. HECS® technology requires all 3 pieces of the suit to be worn at the same time to fully block your body’s electrical radiation.

The shirt is a pullover and it features thumb holes through the sleeves, serge stitching and an embroidered logo.
